Our standard policy is that all sales are final.
Better Hammocks does not generally accept returns unless there
was a defect in workmanship and/or manufacturing or there was
damage during shipping. This is primarily due to the high costs
involved which are set by the manufacturers.
However, there are rare cares when we will consider receiving a
item to be returned. If there are extenuating circumstances
please call us to discuss the matter.
